How It Works
New Service Application
Meralco ensures that customers with electricity demands of 500 kW or higher are provided with the energy solutions that fit their business needs.
Through the new service application process, Meralco guides customers to secure allocated power that is suited to their facility demands.
Step 1
Receipt of Application
Customer submits initial requirements, including the SEC registration or latest General Information Sheet (GIS) and an electrical plan or load schedule.
Step 2
Pre-Survey and Processing
Meralco surveys facility, advises customer on service entrance requirements, and estimates costs. Customer signifies intention to proceed and both parties sign-off on the Gantt chart of activities.
Step 3
Design and Prepare Project Cost
Customer starts wiring installation and construction of service entrance. Meralco prepares design and actual project cost.
Step 4
Presentation and Acceptance of Contract
Meralco presents service contract indicating the bill deposit and project cost (if applicable). Customer accepts and signs the contract.
Step 5
Payment / Compliance to Requirements
Meralco inspects customer compliance to all requirements. Customer pays the bill deposit and project cost (if applicable), and submits the CFEI.
Step 6
Construct Lines and Facilities
Meralco constructs lines, and customer facility is energized.

Additional Requirements
Meralco wants to partner with you as your business continues to expand and reach new heights.
With the help of your relationship manager, you can process your application for additional electrical load requirements. To apply for additional load electrical requirements, customers need to submit an official letter of request to kick-start the process.
